We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Customer Service. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of both novice and experienced customer service professionals. You will guide and motivate them, and contribute to the development of your team. The team you manage is responsible for accurately and appropriately translating the wishes of our customers, a tremendously important role within Van den Bosch. As Team Leader Customer Service, you will be working at the head office in Erp, where you will be part of our commercial department and report to the Sales Operations Manager.
As a Teamleader Customer Service, you are responsible for directing and coaching the customer service team. You take care of the optimal service at team level and set out actions to continue to improve in the future. You pay attention to new developments within your division and actively think about how we, as an organisation, will use them in our advantage. Analysing the current processes and procedures is necessary in order to be able to propose improvements. Managing the logistical, administrative and commercial processes is also part of your job as teamleader.
In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will also support the creation of the annual business plan. The implementation of the business plan is also part of your role as teamleader.
