We are looking for an experienced teamleader Customer Service. In this position, you are responsible for managing a team of both starting and experienced customer service professionals. You will coach and motivate them, and also contribute to the development of your team. The team that you manage is responsible for a correct and appropriate translation of the wishes of our customers, a very important role within Van den Bosch. As a teamleader Customer Service you will work at the headquarters in Erp, within one of our divisions.
As a teamleader Customer Service, you are responsible for directing and coaching the Customer Service team. You take care of the optimal service at team level and set out actions to continue to improve in the future. You pay attention to new developments within your division and actively think about how we, as an organisation, will use them in our advantage. Analysing the current processes and procedures is necessary in order to be able to propose improvements. Managing the logistical, administrative and commercial processes is also part of your job as teamleader.
In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will also support the creation of the annual business plan. The implementation of the business plan is also part of your role as teamleader.
