As a Junior Business Controller, you will support the organization and management in achieving both short- and long-term goals. You contribute to creating financial awareness and support delivering insights that help improve processes and achieve organizational objectives.
In this role, you are the link between numbers and strategic decision-making. You analyze financial and operational data to spot trends, opportunities, and risks and proactively share your insights with colleagues and management. You prepare reports that are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations. You assist in preparing budgets and forecasts based on market developments. Additionally, you support strategic planning by performing financial analyses to test the feasibility of certain initiatives. You monitor the cost structure and continuously look for ways to optimize costs and improve efficiency. Finally, you work closely with other departments within Van den Bosch to optimize financial and operational processes and strengthen overall performance.
