To expand our HR team, we are looking for an expert HR & Payroll officer. In this position, you take care of the salaries of all your colleagues and everything related to this, such as personnel administration, HR mutations and correspondence. You do this mainly for your Dutch colleagues, but you also take care of the salaries and administration for a couple of foreign entities.
Currently, there is one payroll administrator working in the HR team. Due to the growth of Van den Bosch, we are looking for a colleague to work alongside him in the full administrative processing of salaries. Besides salaries, you will also take care of the monthly reports for the Financial Control department and the full personnel administration for new colleagues. This ensures that correct payments are always made and you will further arrange everything down to the last detail, so that all your colleagues are well taken care of while working for Van den Bosch, but also afterwards.
Due to a planned implementation of a new HRIS, you will also have an active contribution in the implementation of a new payroll application. Project experience in this area therefore weighs in the selection procedure. We currently work with various systems for payroll administration, including LogicWay. With this system, we account for the hours of our driving and non-driving colleagues. In this position, you will be the admin of this system and ensure that Financial Control obtains the correct data. Besides payroll administration, you are also a first point of contact for all kinds of matters concerning salaries and pay slips. It is therefore also important that you have good communication skills and are people-oriented.
