In your role, you will be responsible for preparing and checking quotations and tender requests. You also process customer appointments carefully and ensure that they are passed on to Customer Service and operations in a timely and complete manner. You ensure that the administrative processing of orders and costs is accurate, with an eye for the operational process and the customer experience. You analyse customer requests, prepare pre-calculations and check them for completeness and feasibility before they are sent to the customer. You think proactively about logistics solutions and investigate the most efficient and cost-effective transport options. Through your sharpness and process-oriented approach, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our commercial services and to a smooth customer journey from quotation to execution.
In this position, you will work closely with various departments within Van den Bosch and support our commercial managers together with your colleagues. You will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and get plenty of room to grow.
