As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our relations both within and outside Van den Bosch. You ensure that visitors and callers are welcomed, informed and directed in a hospitable and professional manner. This is a part-time position, with the number of hours to be agreed in consultation. Availability on Fridays is highly preferred.
During the day, you maintain telephone contact with external parties. You are also responsible for welcoming all relations and other external parties who visit our office. You register and manage various schedules, for example for our laptops, meeting rooms and pool cars, and hand out related items when needed. You process incoming and outgoing mail, including both letters and parcels.
Finally, together with your fellow receptionists, you are responsible for booking flights, hotels and transport for colleagues from various countries.
