In this role, you oversee the daily rhythm of IT operations. You manage incident queues, set clear priorities, monitor the availability of critical services, and ensure that communication and handovers are consistent. You guide your team through structured routines such as 1:1s, stand‑ups, and clear execution standards. You coach your team members, provide practical feedback, and help them grow in troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and ownership.
You work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, monitoring SLAs, identifying risks early, and keeping an eye on cost discipline. You also contribute to small projects, process improvements, and standardisation of procedures. You foster a culture in which quality, discipline, customer focus, and security are embedded in everyday work. Through your leadership, the team strengthens its capability and ensures that our IT services remain stable, responsive, and future‑ready.
