As an IT Support employee, you will have a varied role! You will be responsible for setting up and managing our modern digital workplaces, ensuring that colleagues can collaborate efficiently with tools such as Teams and SharePoint. You will not only work at our headquarters but also be present in the garage, sometimes in a truck, and occasionally at one of our international branches. With your expertise, you will serve as the point of contact for all IT-related questions, requests, and suggestions from colleagues a few days a week. Through these responsibilities, you will become familiar with our entire IT landscape.
You will become part of the ICT-team, collaborating with a team of enthusiastic and dedicated professionals. You will be responsible for the functioning of our information systems within Van den Bosch, ensuring that our systems work optimally and are well managed.
You will not only be a problem solver but also an advisor, proactively contributing to the optimization of our applications. You will independently implement changes and test them for functionality. Additionally, you will maintain contact with suppliers, specialists, and users to ensure the quality of our information systems.
