We are looking for an enthusiastic Invoicing Officer to strengthen our dynamic Finance team. Are you precise, well-organized, and do you have a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy working in a financial administrative role within an international and professional environment? Then this position is perfect for you!

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing sales invoices, ensuring accurate and timely handling. You will work closely with internal departments to make sure all invoices are correctly reviewed and processed, contributing to a well-structured financial administration. You will be part of our Shared Service department, where you and your colleagues strive for a seamless invoicing process.
As an Invoicing Officer, you will be responsible for creating, verifying, and processing sales invoices. You will analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and maintain communication with internal departments to resolve any invoicing-related issues. Additionally, you will ensure accuracy and take a proactive approach in managing administration, helping financial processes run smoothly.

Your profile
  • You have an MBO diploma in Financial Administration or already have several years of experience as an Invoicing Officer.
  • You are precise, structured, and have great attention to detail.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • You live in Erp or the surrounding area, or have the means to travel there.
  • You are available to start from mid-June/July.
