Our operational teams work hard, but are far from leveraging all digital possibilities.
Due to the fast-paced daily operation, there is little time to adopt new tools and skills, resulting in inefficiency and a higher chance of errors.
You will dive into this challenge: exploring what we do today, where the opportunities lie, and which digital skills we need tomorrow.

Based on your findings, you will design a training program that helps our colleagues grow — not only in digital and data literacy, but also in ownership and proactive behavior. This way, you pave the way for smarter processes, stronger teams, and improved results.

  • Conduct research into current and future skill needs related to digital capabilities and tooling within Operations and Customer Service;
  • Prepare a gap analysis and advisory report with feasible improvement proposals;
  • Design a learning and development program focused on digital skills, data literacy, and behavioral development;
  • Create inspiring formats such as workshops, e-learnings, challenges, or coaching programs;
  • Develop KPIs and measurement methods to track impact (team performance & job satisfaction);
  • Collaborate with team leaders, HR, and employees to build support and engagement.

Your profile
  • You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, (Applied) Psychology, Educational Sciences, or similar;
  • You have affinity with learning, behavioral development, and/or digital transformation;
  • You are curious, independent, and show initiative;
  • You can easily switch between strategy and hands-on execution;
  • You enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
