As an HR Officer, you will have a diverse and challenging role in which you play a central part in all aspects of the HR field. On a daily basis, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding, ensuring that all changes are processed accurately and on time.
You will also be actively involved in the recruitment and selection process: coordinating interviews, supporting hiring managers, and contributing to a professional and efficient recruitment process. Additionally, you will play an important role in absence administration, monitoring case files, and maintaining oversight. You will also take care of meaningful employee-related moments, such as work anniversaries and other special occasions, ensuring personal and warm appreciation for our employees.
We have recently gone live with a new HR system, in which you will play a key role. You will not only help keep the system up to date, but also contribute to its optimization, further development, and future management. You identify opportunities for improvement in our HR processes and think along about how to design them in a smarter, more efficient, and user-friendly way.
