As HR Officer, you will keep yourself busy with various tasks. You are responsible for the administrative processing of the inflow, transfer and outflow of our employees and ensure the correct implementation of mutations, both internally and externally. In addition, you optimise the operational HR processes and keep all HR systems up-to-date. You perform all HR-related administrative tasks and provide support in administrative activities. From Recruitment, the focus is on actively searching for and approaching potential suitable candidates. You work closely with the hiring managers and your HR colleagues, sparring together to achieve the best result. You monitor the progress of absenteeism files and help reduce absenteeism. Finally, you act as a point of contact for our employees; you are always willing and able to provide support.
