At Van den Bosch, we are looking for a driven HR Business Partner who will make a concrete contribution to achieving our mission. As an HR Business Partner, you play a key role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent within our organization. You act as a strategic sparring partner for management and actively contribute to the realization of our business objectives. With your vision of people-centered HR policies, you create a positive and motivating work environment where leadership, collaboration, and growth are central.
In this diverse role, you will work on the implementation of a new HR system and support management in HR matters and change processes. You develop and implement policies in the areas of recruitment and selection, talent development, reward structures, and absence management. Additionally, you coach both managers and employees, stimulate engagement, and help build an inclusive and safe workplace culture.
You are skilled at identifying potential escalations early and handling them constructively. With a keen eye for data and trends, you utilize HR analytics to turn insights into strategic advice and reporting. You also contribute actively to process optimization and the setup of talent and succession management. Stakeholder management comes naturally to you: you connect people, departments, and interests, and you confidently keep things on track.
You report directly to the HR Director and are part of a professional and engaged HR team. This team includes another HR Business Partner, HR Officer, Payroll Administrators, the Learning & Development team, and an intern. Together, you work toward a forward-thinking and people-focused HR policy with room for initiative, development, and growth.
