As a fleet manager Technical Department, you are responsible for the daily arrangement and organization of the maintenance and repairs of the Van den Bosch equipment.
As a fleet manager, you support your operational colleagues and handle the planning of maintenance, among other things. It is your responsibility to report and analyze the results of the various equipment. Based on your findings you will initiate improvement proposals. In addition, you will provide operational support to the administration, both the support desk (monitoring the R & D planning and issuing orders) and the administration (invoicing). You are involved in setting up maintenance plans, with the aim of reducing costs and unplanned downtime. You also report and analyze the results of the various equipment and monitor the outsourced costs. You are involved in all processes and suggest improvements for the equipment, among other things.
You also communicate a lot with different departments, including the Procurement department. You give solicited and unsolicited advice, so they can take into account all technical specifications when purchasing equipment and you also sit in on the regular meetings of the Technical Department.
