As a customer service representative at Van den Bosch, you play a crucial role as the bridge between our colleagues and our valued customers. In this position, you are responsible for managing your own customer portfolio, which you will gradually build up after completing our introduction program. The composition of your customer portfolio will depend on the languages you speak and your knowledge and experience.
In the role of customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio. Your primary responsibility is to ensure fast and accurate handling of customer inquiries. You keep both the planners and customers informed about the status of their orders. Working with an enthusiastic and innovative attitude, you and your team strive for optimal operational performance every day.
An essential aspect of your job involves accurately processing orders and preparing invoices.
