As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advising the organization, especially the management, in achieving both short- and long-term goals. You will be part of a divisional management team and operate from this position. In your role, you will create financial and cost awareness within the relevant part of the organization and you focus on maximizing value by providing valuable financial and non-financial insights.
As a Business Controller, you will be the link between financial data and strategic decision-making. You will analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and proactively share your insights with the management. You will ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and in compliance with regulations, and assist in preparing budgets and forecasts based on market developments. Additionally, you will support strategic planning by performing financial analyses to assess the feasibility of certain initiatives. You will monitor the cost structure and continuously seek ways to optimize costs and improve efficiency. Finally, you will collaborate with other departments to streamline financial and operational processes and strengthen overall performance.
