Warehouse Employee

As a Warehouse Employee at Van den Bosch, you will be part of our Technical Department. Every day starts with checking stock levels: are the quantities correct, do parts need to be ordered, and are there deliveries scheduled that you will receive? You ensure that everything that comes in is stored in the right place and that the warehouse remains organized, safe, and pleasant to work in. When a mechanic reports for a scheduled maintenance task, you already have the required parts ready. You are responsible for the work processes within the warehouse, know which materials are needed, and ensure that everything is available at the right time. This allows our mechanics to continue their work without delay. You also accurately maintain the administration in the inventory management system, so the team can always rely on up-to-date data.

In addition, you maintain contact with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries, and you act as the link between internal customers and drivers when it comes to required parts and personal protective equipment (PPE). If something deviates — a delayed shipment, incorrect parts, or a quality issue; You know exactly when and how to act to resolve it. Thanks to your keen eye for detail and sense of responsibility, the warehouse operates efficiently, and you also make an important contribution to sustainability by preventing waste and ensuring proper waste separation. In short, you provide structure, reliability, and continuity within our technical operations.
