As a Team Leader Master Planning, you will lead a team of 10 Master Planners. This team is responsible for all intermodal liquid transports for our customers across Europe.
The operation is large and complex, requiring you to continuously switch between strategic, tactical, and operational levels. In this role, you are a member of the division’s operational management team and actively contribute to translating the division’s strategy into tactical and operational plans. You monitor and improve performance based on KPIs such as reliability, costs, revenue, and efficiency. Thanks to your helicopter view, you oversee the entire European operation and make well-informed decisions.
You manage tactical planners, load unit planners, and connection planners. Together, you ensure the proper coordination of international transport flows within our extensive intermodal network across Europe. Your team already has strong expertise, meaning your added value lies primarily in leadership, coaching, and creating structure. You lead experienced professionals and naturally guide them through change and improvement initiatives. You are not afraid to have challenging conversations, set clear expectations, and support people in growing within their roles and expertise.
In addition, you are the primary point of contact within the organization for Master Planning within the Liquid division.
