Are you ready to contribute to the professionalization of our internal IT service and make a real impact on our organization’s efficiency?

At Van den Bosch, we are looking for an ICT Service Management Intern to support us in selecting and implementing the right IT helpdesk software. This is a crucial step toward optimizing our internal IT support and ensuring fast and efficient problem-solving across the organization.

A well-functioning IT helpdesk system is the backbone of any modern organization. Effective software ensures IT issues are addressed quickly and internal processes run smoothly. At Van den Bosch, we aim to professionalize our ICT services with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the appropriate tools to meet that SLA.

As an intern, you will play a key role in this process. You’ll help us research, evaluate, and recommend software that will elevate our IT service to the next level. Your analysis and advice will enable us to make a strategic choice that boosts our operational efficiency and structurally improves our internal IT support.

During your internship, you’ll explore how IT helpdesk software can enhance our internal workflows. You’ll analyze the needs of the organization, compare different software solutions in terms of functionality, user-friendliness, and cost, and determine which option best aligns with our SLA. Based on your findings, you’ll create a well-founded advisory report with concrete recommendations—contributing directly to the professionalization of our ICT services.

In addition, you’ll collaborate with various departments, such as Operations and ICT, to test how the selected software can be integrated within the organization. You’ll also support digitalization and optimization projects, giving you the opportunity to contribute not only through theoretical research but also by making hands-on improvements within Van den Bosch!

Your profile
  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in ICT Service Management or a related field;
  • You have a passion for IT service optimization, software analysis, and process improvement;
  • You are analytical, precise, proactive, and enjoy a hands-on approach;
  • You are proficient in both Dutch and English;

  • You are looking for a challenging internship of at least 5 months where you can truly make an impact.
