Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic Solution Engineer who will be responsible for contributing to maximizing the value of various digital products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and grow within our dynamic team at our headquarters in Erp. Before starting, you will participate in our introduction program at our in-house Academy.

As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide scala of activities, which all contribute to maximizing the value of various digital products. This ranges from setting the product vision, determining the product roadmap and prioritising the product backlog. You will connect with end users and stakeholders to gather ideas for improvements and new features. You will then translate these into specifications for our developers. Throughout the development process, you will also play a role in ensuring the product delivery and ensuring its quality. You will work closely with both business and IT colleagues to ensure the product developments are met with the right resources.

For this role, it is crucial that you are a critical thinker and a good listener, able to ask the right questions and apply the appropriate "language" for your audience. Constructing new features will test your creativity and will also ask you to be detail oriented. You should be able to recognize business processes and how they compare to our business model and strategy to ensure our digital products can maximize their value. If you have experience in business analytics and are interested in expanding your IT skill set, then the role is perfect for you.

Your profile
  • A completed bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong command of English.
  • You are driven, eager to learn, and proactive.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
