As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate these into technical specifications for our software suppliers. You will ensure the functionality of the software is built according to specifications and implemented effectively and efficiently, focusing on continuously improving the process.

You will also provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can utilize the solutions to their fullest potential. It is important that you can translate user needs into software functionalities that align with the process and strategy. For this role, it is crucial that you are a critical thinker and a good listener, able to ask the right questions and apply the appropriate "language" for your audience. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented and capable of creating ownership among end-users during implementation. Ensuring the correct use of new functionalities and having a strong affinity with IT are also key aspects of this role.

Your profile

A completed bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong command of English.
You are driven, eager to learn, and proactive.
A strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
