Are you an MBO or HBO student interested in quality, safety, the environment, or sustainability, and looking for a hands-on internship where you can truly make an impact? We offer a dynamic and educational internship within our QESH team. During your internship, you’ll help develop and shape a brand-new QESH management system and take part in meaningful projects that improve how we work.

As a QESH intern, you will join a dedicated and knowledgeable team committed to creating a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. You’ll have the freedom to contribute your ideas, conduct research, and help build improvements that move our organisation forward.

  • Contribute to the design, setup, and implementation of our new QESH management system.
  • Update, structure, and digitally record processes, documents, and procedures.
  • Support internal audits and follow up on improvement actions.
  • Work on reporting and analysis within the QESH system.
  • Help develop awareness initiatives such as safety or quality campaigns.
  • (Research component) Support the development and optimisation of QA processes.

Your profile
  • You are an MBO or HBO student in a relevant field, such as Quality, Safety, Environment, or Safety Engineering;
  • You are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative;
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with others;
  • You live in (or are willing to travel to) the Erp area;
  • You work in a structured way and are interested in digital tools.

A graduation internship is not required, this is a combined working and research internship.
