Master planner

In this versatile position, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our container logistics across Europe. On a daily basis, you monitor the balance between capacity, costs, and customer agreements, and proactively adjust where necessary. At the same time, you look ahead to trends and developments that may impact planning in the coming weeks. What makes this role unique is the combination of operational planning and commercial action. You not only optimize the use of available capacity, but also proactively approach the market: you monitor customer portals, pick up the phone to explore opportunities, and secure additional freight when it fits within the operational balance.

You are a key connector within our network. You work closely with colleagues from various departments and maintain intensive contact with external partners. Thanks to your agility, strong information position, and networking skills, you identify bottlenecks early and resolve them effectively. In addition, you provide input for forecasts, capacity planning, and improvement projects. You recognize patterns, translate trends into concrete actions, and actively contribute to sustainable transport modalities, cost control, and a stable operation.
