Are you a bachelor’s student in Finance, Business Economics, or Accounting looking for a challenging and educational internship? Then we have a great opportunity for you!

During this internship, you will work on developing an Accounting Manual: a practical guide with guidelines for our internal reporting. In addition, you will map and describe three crucial business processes:

  • Source-to-Pay (S2P): from purchase request to payment;
  • Quote-to-Cash (Q2C): from quotation to receipt of payment;
  • Record-to-Report (R2R): from booking to reporting.

It is important that you approach these processes from theoretical frameworks, such as segregation of duties, internal controls, and reporting principles. This ensures that the documentation is not only practically applicable but also meets professional standards.

What will you do?

  • Create an Accounting Manual with reporting guidelines;
  • Document S2P, Q2C, and R2R processes;
  • Work from theoretical frameworks such as segregation of duties and internal control;
  • Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders;
  • Contribute ideas for optimization and standardization;
  • Present your findings and recommendations.
