Within our Data & ICT team, we are currently seeking a graduation intern to develop a Windows application that optimizes the process of damage incident management. It is important that the developed application meets the specific needs of a logistics service provider within bulk transportation.
At Van den Bosch, we work with Microsoft Dynamics 356 Business Central. Therefore, the Windows application must seamlessly integrate with this platform. Seamless integration requires consideration of the existing application landscape, particularly the existing ERP-System.
This is to ensure efficiency and the standardization in integrations with other applications. The application must be capable of accurately capturing damage incidents, categorizing them by cargo or hull damages to bulk materials, and managing relevant policy data. Additionally, the application should provide functionalities for generating reports of damage and revenue analysis, as well as managing damage recovery and monitoring the recovery status with other parties.
The graduation assignment entails delivering a minimum viable product in accordance with the above requirements. It is expected that the student will be able to periodically assess the product and keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress.
