Graduation Internship Revenue and Margin Optimisation

For our Commercial Control department, we are looking for an enthusiastic graduation intern. During this internship, you will investigate how Van den Bosch can prevent revenue and margin leakage throughout the entire process, from contractual agreements through to invoicing.

You will analyse how customer agreements regarding rates, surcharges, additional services, and operational requirements are recorded, processed, and executed within the organisation. In addition, you will examine where discrepancies arise between expected and realised revenue and margins, identify the underlying causes of these discrepancies, and explore opportunities for improvement. Based on your research, you will formulate practical recommendations to strengthen the governance of commercial agreements within processes, systems, and ways of working. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from Commercial, Operations, Planning, Finance, and IT.

Your profile

You are looking for a graduation internship starting in January or February.
You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
You have an interest in commercial processes, data analysis, and process optimisation.
You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy investigating complex business processes.
You work independently, take initiative, and have a solution-oriented mindset.
You communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
