As a Fleet Planner at Van den Bosch, you are the driving force behind our fleet operations. You manage our team of dedicated drivers and ensure smooth daily logistics. You play a key role within our Trucking team and work closely with fellow fleet and truck planners to coordinate (inter)national transport within the Benelux and Germany.

You are responsible for your own group of drivers and trucks. You make sure that both productivity and work quality are continuously improved. In close collaboration with the Truck Planners, you translate schedules into clear instructions for the drivers, ensuring that trips are carried out as efficiently as possible. You also work with the customer service and master planning teams to guarantee a smooth operational flow. A proactive attitude and clear communication are therefore essential. You make our fleet run as efficiently as possible!

Your profile
  • Completed vocational (MBO) education, preferably in logistics;
  • Affinity with transport is a must; knowledge of bulk transport is an advantage;
  • Good command of English; Dutch is a plus;
  • Driven, eager to learn, and ambitious;
  • Residence in the area of Erp.
