As a Data Solutions Specialist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering data-driven solutions that support employees, customers, and partners across the organization. You will work with data from our central data warehouse and transform it into meaningful dashboards, reports, insights, and low-code applications that help teams work smarter and more efficiently.
In this role, the focus is not on building complex technical infrastructures, but on using data in a functional and practical way: understanding business needs, ensuring data is usable and reliable, and translating insights into solutions that people actually use.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and IT, acting as a bridge between data and daily business processes. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by helping teams become more data-driven and comfortable working with insights.

Your profile
  • Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. data, business analytics, information management, engineering, or similar);
  • Experience in a data-focused role where reporting, analysis, dashboards, or applications played a central role;
  • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to explain insights clearly to business users;
  • Affinity with data tools, reporting platforms, and low-code solutions;
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders from different departments;
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to continuously learn and improve.
