In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts from order creation through to delivery, while actively contributing to the professionalization of our customer service function and the wider organisation.
On a daily basis, you coordinate order entry and monitor progress through internal systems, working closely with planning, operations, and commercial teams to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery. You manage planning and scheduling activities, handle administrative and invoicing follow‑up and act as a trusted first point of contact for customers. Building and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships is an essential part of the role, as is handling questions, conflicts, or unexpected issues in a calm and solution‑oriented manner. Throughout the entire order lifecycle, you ensure a consistent, professional, and high‑quality customer experience.
Alongside daily operations, you play an active role in improving processes and ways of working. You contribute to projects focused on increasing efficiency, structure, and service quality, translating operational and customer insights into concrete improvements. You enjoy working beyond routine tasks, take ownership of initiatives and collaborate cross departmentally to strengthen processes across the organization.
