As a customer service representative, you have a leading role in managing and growing your customer portfolio. You are the first point of contact for your customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will coordinate the communication between the planners and customers and monitor the progress of operational processes.

You will be responsible for accurate administration of orders and invoicing. You have a passion for customer contact and know how to build lasting relationships with various customers. You show initiative and innovativeness to increase the quality of service. You not only think along with the customer, but also with the organisation. You actively contribute to the innovation of the internal processes within Van den Bosch, one of the company's most important core values.

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service (B2B) experience
  • At least a completed MBO education with demonstrable HBO working and thinking level
  • Knowledge and experience of (intermodal) transport is an advantage
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language. A good command of the German, Polish and/or Italian language is a big plus.
