To support this mission, you’ll work closely with your fellow Customer Service team members, forming part of the Commercial Department. Together with about ten colleagues, you’ll be responsible for a specific division, making you true experts in your field. You’ll also collaborate closely with our operations planners and the Sales team to resolve potential issues and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in managing and growing your customer portfolio. You are the main point of contact for your clients and ensure their experience with Van den Bosch stands out for its quality and attention—every single day.

You’re the bridge between the customer and our operations: you coordinate communication with our planners and closely monitor the progress of operational processes. No detail escapes your notice.

You also ensure smooth order administration and invoicing—accurately, quickly, and completely. You have a genuine passion for customer contact and know how to build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base.

You’re proactive, think ahead, and contribute ideas to further improve our service. You don’t just focus on what the customer needs—you also consider what helps the organization move forward.   • At least 2 years of Customer Service (B2B) experience
  • At least a completed MBO education with demonstrable HBO working and thinking level
  • Knowledge and experience of (intermodal) transport is an advantage
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language. A good command of the German, Polish and/or Italian language is a big plus.
