As a Customer Service Employee at Van den Bosch, you are the connecting link between the customer and our operations. With your service-oriented mindset and eye for detail, you ensure optimal customer satisfaction and flawless service delivery. You play a key role in managing — and growing — your customer portfolio. You are the primary point of contact for your customers and make sure their experience with Van den Bosch stands out every single day in terms of quality and attention.
You act as the bridge between the customer and operations, coordinating communication with our planners and closely monitoring the progress of operational processes. No detail escapes your attention.
In addition, you ensure smooth administration of orders and invoicing — accurate, fast, and complete. You have a genuine passion for customer contact and know how to build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse customer base. You are proactive, think ahead, and bring forward ideas to further improve our service. You don’t just look at what the customer needs, but also at what helps the organization move forward. In this role, you are part of our Commercial department. Alongside colleagues from your own team and the Commercial Manager team, you work closely with the planners in operations to jointly resolve any issues and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
