As an HR intern at Van den Bosch, you will join an enthusiastic team of eight colleagues. Together, you will handle daily tasks and tackle challenging projects in the HR domain.
During your internship, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues and support various HR activities. You will have the chance to work with different teams across the company, providing you with a broader perspective on the organization and insight into the HR role from various angles. This internship offers you the opportunity to work independently and actively contribute to our team, with considerable personal responsibility and the chance to express your interests.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in drafting job vacancies, screening CVs, and planning and conducting interviews. You will also maintain personnel files and manage other HR administration tasks. Additionally, you will actively participate in ongoing HR projects, allowing you to further develop your knowledge and skills. You will also play a key role in implementing our new HR Information System, which will be introduced in 2025.
