We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical intern for a challenging graduation project! During this internship, you will research our current reachability services and propose improvements based on the most efficient setup. But it doesn’t stop there—you will also develop a practical implementation plan and play a key role in executing it. Our Planners use telephone communication with our Drivers daily and on weekends, and we aim to optimize the processes surrounding these on-call services, balancing the interests of various stakeholders.
Your assignment will involve analyzing the existing on-call services and exploring potential improvements and alternative configurations. This may include investigating technologies such as call center software, redesigning workflows, and enhancing Planner-Driver interactions, among other aspects.
