In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI models to streamline internal operations, including customer experience departments. This could include an AI model to predict and optimise shipment scheduling, significantly reducing downtime and improving service levels for customers.
You will work closely with colleagues in various operational and functional teams to embed AI solutions into our operational frameworks.
Furthermore, you will perform data analysis to gain actionable insights and drive logistics innovation, keeping pace with developments in AI and machine learning and integrating the latest technologies into our processes.
In this way, you will assess and optimise existing and new AI systems to improve logistics efficiency.
