As Lead Generation Officer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research on potential leads and target markets within the Bulk Supply Chain. You will develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting new customers. In doing so, you will use various online tools, databases and social media platforms to generate and qualify leads.
An essential part of your role is maintaining a detailed database of prospects. You will ensure that all interactions and information are accurately tracked so that you always have up-to-date data. You will also closely monitor the metrics of the lead generation process and report on the performance of campaigns. This enables you to contribute to the achievement of set objectives. You also initiate actions aimed at improving data within our CRM system so that the quality and effectiveness of our lead generation can be continuously optimised.
