In the position of service advisor Technical Department, you are the link between our workshop and internal departments. You support the workshop manager and switch between warehouse, mechanics and supporting departments.
As a service advisor Technical Department you will prepare the work orders that come in from fleet management. You do this by preparing the orders in 'Ultimo'. You release vehicles to the operation. You complete the files with the correct documents and invoice the completed orders. You are also responsible for making the shunt planning and you take care of the supply and issue of PPE (personal protective equipment) for our charters and own drivers. Furthermore, you are involved in other administrative activities, such as the correct administrative processing in our board computers, coupling sets and related appendages.
