As Junior Financial Controller, you will chart Van den Bosch's financial results. You will be part of the Financial Control team, which is responsible for the financial administration of all group companies and assists with monthly and annual closures, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports. You will do this for all business units and branches, with a focus on internal control, compliance, and process optimization.
In this position, you will maintain contact with various Van den Bosch branches, both within and outside the Netherlands. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague with an eye for detail who is attracted to an international organization.
You ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes, manage periodic closing procedures, and prepare timely management reports. Together with your colleagues, you monitor compliance with financial laws and regulations and provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions. You also implement and maintain internal controls, identify financial risks, and propose risk management strategies. You oversee the cash management process and manage working capital to optimize the financial health of the organization.
