Van den Bosch is an international logistics provider specializing in bulk transport and operating from 13 locations with over 800 colleagues. To expand our team in Austria, we are currently looking for a new colleague who will join the team as a customer service representative. In this position you will process the customer (order) requests and be the first point of contact for your own customer base. The job is based in Gunskirchen, Austria.
As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for your own customer base. You will process the customer (order) requests and actively liaise with the planning and the customers, to ensure that the operational performance runs as smoothly as possible. Careful administrative recording will also be part of the job, as well as preparing the invoices. You know better than anyone how to communicate with various customers and build up a valuable relationship. You strive for continuous improvement by thinking ahead and thinking along with the customer as much as possible. The customers will be located in and around Austria.
Customer-oriented experience is required, preferably in transport
Excellent command of the German and English language
Proactive and good communication skills
