You closely monitor market developments and analyze sales potential and customer needs across both existing and emerging segments. Based on these insights, you identify relevant markets and potential partnerships, translating commercial strategies into concrete, actionable steps. Contacting these new potential customers (cold calling) is a main objective in your daily planning. Visiting these customers is also a crucial part of landing new customers.
Finally, you will represent the organization at external events, trade fairs, and conferences. You help increase our visibility in the market and actively support the realization of the organization’s long-term strategic goals. In this position, you report directly to the Director of Business Development and work closely with the international Commercial team.
Profilod
A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or Transport and Logistics;
Experience in intermodal bulk logistics is a must, affinity with the beer, wine and spirits industry is a big plus;
Residing in the UK and willing to travel throughout UK;
Proficient in English language;
You are entrepreneurial, result-driven, independent and have strong commercial skills.
