In the position of warehouse officer parts, you will be part of our Technical Service Department. You will work in the office, which you will share with the chief workshop, service advisor and warehouse manager. You will look out over our workshop from your desk and ensure that all our mechanics can do their work as well and smoothly as possible.
It is a diverse position, in which you will be in contact with various departments within Van den Bosch. You will liaise with the Purchasing department on orders and purchasing new materials. You take care of the administration of all work orders coming in from our divisions and make sure they are processed correctly in our system. You also manage stocks and advise the chief workshop officer and manager Technical Department on new and improved materials. You keep track of all stocks and order new parts on time. You follow up this order and check the delivered orders.
You always take a critical look at the warehouse figures and share noticeable figures with the Manager Technical Department. Based on your reports, you will always look for opportunities to improve processes. We believe that relevant innovation is not achieved by trying to be smarter than others, but by being smarter with others.
