The challenges of a multinational company go hand in hand with the strength of a family business. To expand our team in Germany (Kranenburg), we are currently looking for an HR officer.

In this position, you will accompany and coach our professional drivers. As their contact, you will be co-responsible for personnel deployment and the preparation of holiday planning. You will provide valuable support in the preparation of payroll accounting in the DATEV system. The organisation of the maintenance of the vehicle fleet, the control of compliance with applicable regulations as well as the training and our employees are part of your tasks.

Your profile
  • Experience in a similar position is desired
  • Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented, structured work style
  • Ability to work independently, resilience and flexibility are required
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Good MS Office skills
