As a customer account representative at Van den Bosch, you are the most important link between your colleagues and the customers. You will work at the head office within one of our divisions; division Liquid or division Dry. In this position you are responsible for your own customer base which you gradually build up once you finish our introduction program. The customer base will partly depend on the languages you speak and the knowledge and experience you have.
As a customer account representative, you are the first point of contact for your own customer base. You process the relevant customer requests and actively interact with the planners and customers. Through your drive and innovative attitude, you work every day to optimise the operational execution.
Careful administrative recording will also be part of the job, as will the preparation of the invoicing. Based on your passion, you know better than anyone how to communicate with various customers and build a valuable relationship with them. You strive for continuous improvement by thinking further than others, to work expertly and to think along with the customer as much as possible.
